Meditative Sound Baths
Sound Baths are a deeply immersive listening experience, provided by the use of Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, and gongs. This acoustical sound journey will take you to a deeply relaxed state, where you can release tension, allow the mind to rest and regenerate. Deep brainwave states induce peace and quiet mindfulness. Sound baths are a wonderful experience for a couple, group retreats, girlfriend getaways, and similar events. Sound baths are provided at your location.
60 Minute Sound Bath

This hour long sound bath uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. Each person will lay down on a mat, or be seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask.
